– Vendor identification & onboarding
– Managing the customer order fulfilment process end to end, right from handling customer enquiry to overseeing the service delivery at the event in co-ordination with the vendor (s).
– Co-ordinating with the vendor (s) to ensure quality, timely delivery & service as well as accommodation of customer tastes & preferences
– Timely & quick escalation of customer issues & complaints with the appropriate internal & vendor contacts & follow up till resolution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Good interpersonal skills with a Customer focused attitude and attention to details.
– Ability to handle stress.
