They say you get to relive your childhood through your kids through their toys, activities, food etc. But in today’s technologically improved & a world full of many choices, your kids have access to entirely different toys, books, food than what you had. These days, kids’ birthday parties are with different kinds of food from the earlier usual menu of samosa, chips, veg puffs & cake slices. However, a kids’ birthday party that #yumEATS catered for 80 pax did take us back to the familiar days of the past. This party was hosted by our client at the ACK Alive Centre @ACKAliveCentre at Jubilee Hills which is operated by the publishing company of yore, Amar Chitra Katha, publisher of the famous comic book Tinkle & it’s many unforgettable characters like Shikhari Shambhu, Suppandi. We were thrilled to do a drop-off catering for 45 pax at a Kid's Birthday Party yesterday evening at Tridom - India on 4th floor of Sarath City Capital Mall. Imagine being surrounded by a whole host of dining & eating options and yet our client placed trust in #yumEATS to cater to the tastes of a bunch of under 10 kids. And we did deliver on that trust as well as some lipsmacking Pizzas, Strawberry & Green Mango Mocktails, Chilli Garlic Potato Pops & Chicken Nuggets that helped the kids fuel up for a fun hour or two at the amusement centre afterwards! It’s always a challenge to satisfy the taste bud

It’s always a challenge to satisfy the taste buds of a group that is diverse in not only in terms of nationalities (French, American, Thai to name a few) from different continents but also in terms of regions (North, North East, West) within India. And especially so, when the food service is spread over the course of a week & we have to get it right every single day. Doubly more so, when the group is not sitting in an Air Conditioned sheltered environment but have been working in the open fields under the unusually hot November Sun! #yumEATS handled that challenge reasonably well a couple of weeks ago when we did a week long (morning & afternoon) tea/buttermilk & cookies as well as lunch catering for one of the world’s largest vegetable seeds business groups at their farm outside of Hyderabad in Sangareddy District.
